As a courtesy to our students, we sell some items to them at lower prices. In that case, the student price is on the left, the public price on the right in bold face.

We usually ship via US Postal Service (USPS). We will charge your purchase to your credit card before shipping. To ensure you are only charged your actual shipping costs, we will make a separate transaction at a later date.

Because some items have to be specially cut or made, please allow 10 days for delivery of any order.

The Sack Back class is the only class that teaches the many basic techniques we use to assemble a hand made chair. The advanced classes are very in-depth and do not allow time to teach the basics and still complete a chair.

Although we do sell many of our products to the public, our catalog is mainly for students (past & present) of The Windsor Institute. To that end, our catalog maintains it's totals using the Student Price only.

Orders placed through our online catalog are processed by hand and checked against a listing of alumni of The Windsor Institute. To insure proper billing please be sure that the information you supply on our Checkout page includes the name of a prior student of The Windsor Institute.

If you have never attended classes at The Windsor Institute, you can speed up your order process by checking the "Public Price" checkbox on our Checkout page. This will save us the effort of checking our database for non-existent alums and we can immediately re-calculate and ship your order.

Yes we do! Please be aware that orders being paid by check will not be shipped until the check has cleared.
